Turbulence available online for limited time
Hi there,
You might have seen my previous newsletter announcing that we were launching a 5-day worldwide exclusive online watch party for TURBULENCE on KINEMA this weekend. It started on Thursday, and many of you have already joined in.
The film will be available for streaming for a limited time only until Tuesday Feb 17th at 3pm EST. After the film, which lasts just 70 minutes, you’ll have access to an exclusive (super interesting, I think…) conversation I recorded with fellow filmmaker Kirsten Johnson.
The Alliance of Women Film Journalists said the film is “a lurching and weaving emotional rollercoaster” and TELERAMA said that “the film speaks to each of us, to our innermost self”.

Ca y est ! TURBULENCE est disponible en streaming pendant 5 jours seulement, dans le monde entier, sur Kinema, une plateforme pour réalisateurs indépendants. C’est ce que les américains appellent une “online watch party”. Le film est en ligne depuis hier, et vous êtes déjà nombreux à vous être connectés.
Re-voici rapidement les informations : le film sera disponible jusqu’au mardi 17 février à 21h (heure française), à regarder à la maison. Après le film (70 minutes), il y a une conversation exclusive entre la réalisatrice Kirsten Johnson et moi-même. On parle de notre rapport à la nature et au monde, de deuil, de cinéma… de la vie, quoi !
Dans l’Alliance of Women Film Journalists, la critique Sarah Ward a écrit que le film était « un tourbillon émotionnel ». Pour TELERAMA, qui lui a donné 3 T, TURBULENCE «s’adresse à chacun d’entre nous, à notre moi le plus profond ».
