L’Œil d’or Jury in Cannes
I have super news to share!
Starting Wednesday, I will be on the jury at the Cannes Film Festival for l’Oeil d’or, the new documentary prize started by the Scam last year.
I will be joining Gianfranco Rosi, director of Fuocoammare (Fire at Sea), who just won the Golden Bear in Berlin and will preside, Thierry Garrel who made possible so many films during his 20-year tenure at ARTE, Brazilian film critic Amir Labaki, and award-winning actress Natasha Régnier.
There are 17 docs in competition for the prize, across all sections of the festival.

J’ai une super nouvelle à partager!
A partir de mercredi, je serai au Festival de Cannes où je fais partie du jury de l’Oeil d’or, le nouveau prix du documentaire mis en place l’an dernier à l’initiative de la Scam.
Je rejoins Gianfranco Rosi, qui vient de remporter l’Ours d’or à Berlin pour Fuocoammare et qui présidera le jury, ainsi que Thierry Garrel, qui a permis l’existence de tant de films durant ses années à ARTE, Amir Labaki, critique brésilien, et la comédienne Natasha Régnier.
